Every single activity is in the hands of a professional in the field. We have an experienced team of budgeters, financial advisors, analysts and project managers to analyse investment plans, sales, valuation and returns.

Project preparation is then handled by a team of architects and designers, specialists and supervisors. Administrative decisions are handled by a team of assistants and engineers. The actual construction is carried out by our team under the guidance of experienced construction managers, production foremen and groups of assembly technicians.

  • What do I need to prepare for the initial meeting?

    Specification - what and where, or what is the financial framework of the investment.

  • How long does it take to prepare an intent analysis?

    Approximately 20-30 working days.

  • How long does it take to prepare before implementation?

    This is mainly due to the readiness of the area - if a change in the zoning plan is needed, project preparation can take several years. However, if the land is for development, the project can be ready for application to the authorities within a few months.

  • How accurately can the investment costs and thus the returns of a development project be estimated?

    Usually the cost side is addressed with adequate margins, but we have been able to estimate financial performance with an accuracy of around 2.5% to 5%.
