In Dobříš, on one of the last undeveloped plots of land in the village’s intravilan, we have prepared a study of a new development. The assignment was to update the original, no longer valid development study from 2011, which assumed the creation of 11 family houses. Our study responds to the dramatic housing shortfall by trying to make the most of the site’s potential. We are therefore proposing 12 semi-detached houses and 2 detached houses for a total of 26 residential units.
