Data protection – basic information

The company ArchReal Studio s.r.o., with registered office at Karoliny Světlé 325/31, Staré Město, 110 00 Praha 1, ID No. 19645805, registered at the Municipal Court in Prague under file No. C 389662, processes the following personal data in the case of sending the form in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data:

• name and surname
• e-mail address
• telephone number

The name, surname, e-mail address and telephone number must be processed in order to create an offer of services, to negotiate this offer, and to respond to your enquiry. Such processing is permitted by Section 5(2)(b) of the Data Protection Act. These personal data will be processed by ArchReal Studio s.r.o. for the duration of the contract negotiations, but no longer than 2 years from the completion and submission of the form, unless you consent to further processing.

Please note that under the Data Protection Act you have the right to:

• Request information from us about what personal data we process about you
• request an explanation from us about the processing of your personal data
• request access to this data and have it updated or corrected
• request that we erase this personal data – the company will erase it if it is not contrary to applicable law and the legitimate interests of the company
